Special interests are use of Acupuncture for pain relief, and Spinal Rehabilitaion.

Carol trained in Sheffield qualifying in 1981. She has worked since then in both the NHS and private practice. Carol has been at Willaston Physio & Sports Rehab since 2000. She has a wide range of experience, treating both acute and chronic spinal and peripheral conditions. She is a member of the Manipulation Association of Physiotherapists (MACP) and also a member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP).
Carol also has experience in using many other treatment approaches eg. Mckenzie, Mulligan Techniques and Kinesiotaping.
Carol attended the Kinetic Control Post Graduate Course, she also incorporates movement control analysis and motor control training as a way of effectively managing pain, improving function and preventing recurrence.
