"We really enjoyed the Teen Strength & Conditioning Class as it is a lot different from school. We didn't feel any pressure to get things perfect straight away. If we felt like we couldn't do anything we asked Steve as he was very friendly. He gives you tips to improve where your body isn't as flexible or as strong. You also feel comfortable to ask questions without being judged.
It was fun! They played music, laughed and joked and we participated in a lot of different exercises. We felt the exercises benefitted us and helped us improve in areas that we are not as strong.
Steve, the Physio was very friendly and never once forced us to do something we didn't want to do, but he did want us to try new things if we had a good technique or if we were doing the exercise well. Alongside giving tips he would comment on how well we were doing.
Overall we really enjoyed our session and would happily go again. We would do the session 1 or 2 times per week and we would definately recommend this to our friends."

I would recommend the Golf Package if you are looking to improve your overall fitness to play the game. This is particularly relevant to seniors like myself who want to regain some of the length of yesteryear. In a short timespan I feel enthusiastic about the season ahead and feel as though I have something to concentrate on to improve my game and overall flexibility.
I also enjoyed the video swing analysis session and follow up advice on how to improve swing and speed etc.

"Concern over a few aching joints and my balance, plus the fact that I have had osteopenia for some time led me to the Better Bones and Better Balance classes at Willaston Physio & Sports Rehab Clinic. The classes are aimed at strengthening the muscles and bones we use in order to "stay safe" - to prevent falls and to prevent pressure on other joints which can lead to pain and injury...simple things like getting up out of a chair.
The classes are "serious" but they are fun. There is great rapport between the class and the physiotherapist. Everything is explained - so we know what we are doing and why we are doing it.
We work hard but the teaching style is such that we feel motivated. We are pushed - but never too far. Whilst we are a group it is recognised that we are individuals with individual needs and concerns.
I enjoy the classes and I always feel better afterwards. Added to which I have a stock of exercises which I can confidently do at home - knowing I am doing the right thing and that they will help."
