Payment Terms
All accounts are to be settled in full after your treatment session. We accept most recognised credit/debit cards, cash and cheques.
If you have a Health Care Provider that you would like us to bill direct, you will be asked to complete a separate form. This form must be completed in full prior to your treatment. Third Party Funding will be settled as per the contract between Willaston Physiotherapy Ltd and the Third Party.
Please refer to our current price list for all of our treatment costs.
Purchasing Stock Items & Refunds
All stock must be paid for at the time of purchase. Willaston Physiotherapy Ltd will only issue a refund if the stock is unused and returned in the original packaging. This does not include orthotics (please refer to your Purchasing Orthotics Form).
If the stock item is faulty, clarification from the supplier will be sought by Willaston Physiotherapy Ltd. All refunds will be paid by Bank Transfer within 28 days of the refund request. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancelling Your Appointment & DNA'S
We have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy.
Any cancellations that do not allow the full 24 hours will be charged the full session cost, this amount must be paid in full prior to treatment recommencing. If you do not attend (DNA) without notice you will be charged the full session cost. If your treatment is being funded by a third party, they will be notified and charged accordingly. Two DNA’s in one treatment period may result in your treatment being cancelled (this is at your physiotherapists discretion).
Communications
Willaston Physiotherapy Ltd will send emails regarding your appointment, accounts queries, treatment details and any other relevant information to your treatment. If you have opted in to receive clinic updates, we never send more than 3 a month. We do not bombard you.
Consent & Risk
Just like any other medical treatment there are benefits and risks involved. This informed consent section will explain but if you have any additional questions your physiotherapist will answer and clarify.
You have the right to decline any part of treatment before or during treatment. You have the right to ask your physiotherapist about the treatment plan and discuss the potential risks/benefits.
Physiotherapy is the assessment and treatment process that helps individuals gain or regain their physical activities that are lost or reduced due to injury, illness or condition. Physiotherapy may include guided exercises alongside manual therapy and electrotherapy.
