Stewart has been a registered physiotherapist since qualifying in 2003.
Since then he has worked full time in the NHS and had worked in the private sector since 2007. Stewart is a specialist physiotherapist in musculoskeletal outpatients and in addition to his work at Willaston Physio, he continues to work at Wirral University Teaching Hospital as a senior clinician within the outpatient department.
Stewart has always had a keen interest in sport, participating in rugby union at local club level and cricket at a county level in his youth. Nowadays he does endurance events such as Tough Guy and Tough Mudder, and has recently started Taekwondo.
Stewart uses his extensive musculoskeletal knowledge and his keen interest in sport to help patients rehabilitate after injury. He also uses additional skills such as acupuncture to help patients manage more chronic ongoing pain conditions.
