Joanne joined the practice in March 2016

Joanne has over 10 years experience within the customer service environment and has won a number of awards in this field, namely Customer Service of the Year award 2015, Star of Year Finalist 2014 and received a commendation.

Joanne has a passion for fitness and nutrution and adopts a healthy lifestyle.

Joanne won Employee of the Month in January 2017 for for writing the poem about Willaston Physio’s services and also for exceeding the targets in the recent challenge set to the Admin Team.
